Early Years Learning Framework
The Early Years Learning Framework, or EYLF, was developed by the Australian Government as a comprehensive and intentional approach to early childhood education and holistic development.
Built upon five key learning outcomes – Identity and Belonging, Well-being, Active Learning, Communication, and Learning and Development – EYLF recognises that children learn most effectively when participating in active exploration and meaningful interactions with their educators, peers, and surroundings.

Other Frameworks
Reggio Emilia
In addition to the Early Years Framework, we blend additional world-renowned and highly regarded educational approaches into our holistic curriculum.
Originating from the town of Reggio Emilia, Italy – this innovative and internationally renowned educational pedagogy nurtures the idea that children are capable of actively participating in their individual learning journey.
Within this constructivist philosophy, children engage in projects, investigations, and settings that provoke critical thinking, problem-solving, and self-guided discovery. Educators work alongside children to foster an environment of curiosity and a lifelong love of learning within a relationship-driven environment.
RIE
RIE, or the Resources for Infant Educators, is a philosophy that focuses on the respectful care of infants through strengthening the partnership between the child and their caregivers.
By embracing this framework, our Educators remain attentive to each child’s unique cues, allowing them the space required to communicate their own wants and needs. RIE enhances the development of infants and respects their autonomy by allowing them to initiate their own moments of wonder, play, and learning – whilst remaining in an environment that is emotionally nurturing and cognitively stimulating.
Sustainability
Our Educators understand the importance of environmental responsibility, as well as the key impacts that it has on early childhood development.
Environmentally sustainable practices and ideologies have been embedded throughout activities in each classroom, allowing children to connect to the natural world daily and providing them with the tools needed to build a sustainable future.
